What Should I Back Up?

If you have never altered the directory where Xenetech saves jobs and loads logos, bitmaps, etc.., then the only folder that needs to be backed up is the Xfiles directory.  If you have altered the directories then it will be necessary to find those files and back them up separately.

How Often Should I Back Up My Files?

If you create jobs on a daily basis, then it might be wise to take a few minutes every couple of days to back up your files.  If you do not create jobs on a regular basis but instead re-use jobs again and again, then you will not need to back up your files near as much.

Where Should I Back The Files Up To?

There are devices available that you can buy to use for storing large size files.  A Zip drive can be purchased for under $150.00 and acts just like another drive on your computer.  Files can be copied to the drive and taken from the drive.  If you are connected to a network then all you need to do is back up your files to the server.
